Registration: Begins at 11:00 am in the basement
Rehearsal: 12:00 noon
Performance: 2:00 pm in the Bier Hall

Registration fee: $10 for participants. Credit cards accepted! (Cash/credit preferred)

**Important information (some new for 2019 - please read!)**

Bring a music stand.

Please leave cases in your vehicles, if possible. We have limited storage space in the practice area.

Once registered, only players are allowed in the practice area until after the performance. Family members are welcome to enjoy the bier hall upstairs or return at performance time.

Do not rearrange chairs in the practice area. They are intentionally set up in the same arrangement as the performance area. Please choose the same seat for the performance as for rehearsal.

After rehearsal, please await instructions before moving equipment upstairs.

Lunch/bier will be available for players between rehearsal and the performance at a nominal extra cost. Just for players, we encourage you to take advantage of this option as opposed to going upstairs to the main bier hall.

All ages welcome! There is no charge for spectators. The restaurant/bier hall is open and serving during our performance, so you are welcome to purchase food and drinks, but it is not required. You can call ahead for seating reservations!​
